There are some forms that need to be filled out prior to our first session. I will email them to you through a secure client portal, you'll complete them and we will review them in our first session. Our first few sessions will focus on gathering information and your goals for therapy.
What to expect
Meeting on a weekly basis provides continuity while building rapport & trust and this is especially important the first few months.
Sometimes people come into therapy to deal with a specific problem and decide to stay to work on other issues that come up. As we continue, we'll collaborate to determine what works best for you.
All sessions are conducted via teletherapy on HIPAA- secure platform. There are no in-person sessions offered at this time.
Teletherapy allows me to provide my specialized services to those that otherwise would not have access.
My services are available to anyone living in the state of California (not just Los Angeles).

Individual Therapy: A 50-minute session is $180.
Fees and Insurance
Payment is due at the beginning of each session and can be paid by cash, check, Zelle, or credit card.
I offer a limited amount of reduced-fee slots based on need.
Insurance: MHN/Healthnet [not Healthnet Medi-Cal]
Out-of-network: If you have a PPO plan some insurance companies will reimburse you. I can provide you with an invoice to submit. Please click on the Word logo to learn how to verify your out-of-network benefits.
